The vehicle can be collected in 5608 Stetten free off charge.
For an extra charge of CHF 150.-, we can also deliver the vehicle to your doorstep.

Number of Months # Information on subscription period *

The subscription period is limited by contract. The subscription is not automatically renewed and does not have to be cancelled. You can easily extend your subscription for several months by email.

Kilometers per Month # Information on mileage *

Mileage will be settled after the return of the vehicle. Unused mileage of one month can be used in the following month. If you exceed the allotted mileage in one month you can compensate by driving less in the following month. Extra mileage in every category costs CHF 0.30 and will be settled at the termination of the contract if extra mileage was not excessive.

Liability deductible per claim for Drivers under the age of 25: CHF 1000.-.
Liability deductible per claim for Drivers over the age of 25: CHF 0.-.
Partial Coverage incl. glass damage with a deductible of CHF 500.-
Comprehensive Coverage (collision) with a selectable deductible
Roadside Assistance incl. replacement vehicle, overnight stay and return trip free of charge
Optional insurance: Park Damage and Gross Negligence
Not insured: Legal expenses and personal items

Gross Negligence # Gross Negligence? # Information on gross negligence

Liability insurance covers the damage that the driver causes to third parties.
Every damaged party has a legal direct claim to compensation for costs and losses.
The insurance of the person that caused the damage may not refuse payment. If the driver acted with gross negligence, the insurance can take recourse and claim back the costs of the damage from the driver.
A driver acts with gross negligence if he violates rules of due diligence, as in the following examples:

Causing an accident by running a stop sign or a red light
Causing an accident by texting during driving
Causing an accident by speeding

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs are exceptions and are not covered by Gross Negligence Insurance.

Parking Damage # Insurance for parking damage? # Information on parking damage

A parking damage is damage caused to a parked car by a third party. This insurance covers 2 damage claims per calendar year with unlimited damage amount and a deductible of CHF 0.-.
Minor damages such as small scratches or dents will be fixed after vehicle return.
