To the extent permitted by law, any and all liability by Awesome Rental Cars or the lease-financing bank is excluded, regardless of the liability basis. Should one or more conditions of the rental terms prove invalid this will not affect the effectiveness of the other conditions.
Set-off rights regarding claims pertaining to defects in the vehicle against claims of Awesome Rental Cars or the leasing-financing bank under this contract are excluded for the customer.
Swiss material law is exclusively applicable to the present agreement. Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this rental agreement is the place of our registered office with reservation of divergent compelling legal jurisdictions.
